A cheap car insurance quote could be the most expensive insurance you have ever had if you don't read and fully understand the policy terms and conditions.
All insurance policies these days have a seven day 'cooling off' period which should be ample time for you to read, understand or question, any wording in the policy that you don't understand or think needs further clarification either from a lawyer or from the insurance company issueing the policy.
There is no point in asking advice from a mate or from another insurance broker dealing with another company because you are taking the insurance out with one company so you need to clearly and fully understand their terms and conditions.
When taking out a car insurance policy you need to know if you have any excess to pay and if so, how much and what for.
